Frame One Rentals Film Pro Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Frame One Rentals Film Pro Loyalty Program! We are delighted to offer our valued customers in the film and photography community the opportunity to participate in our Loyalty Program and enjoy exclusive benefits. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1. To be eligible for the Frame One Rentals Film Pro Loyalty Program, you must be a registered customer with Frame One Rentals.
1.2. Participation in this program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
2. Program Tiers
2.1. The Film Pro Loyalty Program consists of four tiers:
- Snapshot Tier
- Framemaker Tier
- Lens Guru Tier
- Cinematic Maestro Tier
2.2. Your tier is determined by your rental history and is subject to change based on your ongoing rental activity.
2.3. As a part of the program, you are required to upload a valid photo identification document (e.g., driver's license or ID) to your Frame One Rentals account. This is necessary for program verification and security purposes.
3. Benefits
3.1. Loyalty Program benefits include discounts on security deposits for your rentals. The specific discount rates are as follows:
- Snapshot Tier: 10% discount
- Framemaker Tier: 20% discount
- Lens Guru Tier: 30% discount
- Cinematic Maestro Tier: 70% discount
3.2. Discounts apply to the security deposit portion of your rental.
4. Maintaining Your Tier
4.1. To maintain your tier, you must continue to rent with Frame One Rentals a minimum of three times per year.
4.2. If you do not meet the rental requirements for your current tier within a year, you may be moved to a lower tier with reduced benefits.
5. Program Changes
5.1. Frame One Rentals reserves the right to modify or terminate the Film Pro Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Changes to the program may include alterations to tier benefits, requirements, or the introduction of new tiers.
6. Termination of Participation
6.1. Frame One Rentals may terminate your participation in the Loyalty Program at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraudulent activity, misuse of benefits, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Privacy
7.1. By participating in the Loyalty Program and uploading your identification document, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal information, including the information contained in your identification document.
8. Agreement to Receive Program Communications
8.1. By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, you agree to receive communications related to the program, including emails and notifications about program updates, benefits, and promotions.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Frame One Rentals is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the Film Pro Loyalty Program, including but not limited to benefits, discounts, or program changes.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Any disputes arising from or related to the Film Pro Loyalty Program or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. 13. Program Abuse
13.1. Frame One Rentals reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account termination, in cases of program abuse, fraud, or any activity deemed to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Severability
14.1. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
15.1. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it later.
16. Entire Agreement
16.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Frame One Rentals regarding the Film Pro Loyalty Program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
17. Changes to Terms and Conditions
17.1. Frame One Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and it is your responsibility to review the updated Terms and Conditions.
18. Acceptance of Terms
18.1. By enrolling in the Frame One Rentals Film Pro Loyalty Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and any future updates.
