EQUIPMENT RENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT

Section 1: Equipment Description

This Agreement pertains to the lease of camera(s) and lens(es) by the Lessor, Frame One Rentals, to lessees, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

Section 2: Rental Period

2.1. The rental period shall commence upon the execution of this Agreement and continue until terminated as specified herein.

2.2. The specific commencement and termination dates will be determined upon confirmation of the rental.

Section 3: Rental Fees

3.1. Rental fees for camera(s) and lens(es) are determined by Frame One Rentals and may vary depending on the equipment and rental duration. Specific fees will be communicated upon inquiry.

3.2. All rental fees shall be payable in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon between the Lessor and Lessee.

Section 4: Security Deposit

4.1. A mandatory security deposit is required for all equipment rentals.

4.2. The amount of the security deposit will be based on the rented equipment and will be communicated to the Lessee upon inquiry and shall be paid in advance of the rental period.

4.3. The security deposit is fully refundable upon the satisfactory return of the equipment to Frame One Rentals, subject to deductions for any damages, loss, or late fees incurred during the rental period.

Section 5: Responsibilities

5.1. Lessees agree to:

• Utilize the rented equipment in a diligent, responsible, and professional manner.
• Maintain the equipment in a clean and undamaged condition throughout the rental period.

5.2. The Lessee assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment while in their possession.

5.3. In the event of loss or damage to the equipment, Frame One Rentals is authorized to charge the Lessee's credit card on file for the full cost of either repair or replacement of the equipment in full. Additional charges may be placed in the case repair or replacement exceeds deposit.

Section 6: Credit Card Authorization for Damages

6.1. The Lessee hereby authorizes Frame One Rentals to charge the Lessee's credit card on file for any damages, loss, or late fees incurred during the rental period, as outlined in this Agreement.

6.2. In case of damages or loss to the equipment, Frame One Rentals will provide a detailed statement of charges to the Lessee.

6.3. The Lessee is responsible for promptly addressing and resolving any charges incurred.

Section 7: Equipment Failures

7.1. In the event of equipment failure or malfunction during the rental period, the Lessee is required to contact Frame One Rentals within 3 hours of receiving the item.

7.2. Frame One Rentals will provide guidance on troubleshooting or arrange for equipment replacement as necessary.

Section 8: Delivery and Timely Return

8.1. If delivery of the equipment is requested by the Lessee, it is the responsibility of the Lessee to provide accurate delivery details, including dates and times.

8.2. Frame One Rentals shall make a reasonable effort to deliver the equipment in accordance with the provided details, but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

8.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is returned in a timely manner, on or before the agreed-upon date of pick-up or drop-off, to avoid any late fees.

Section 9: Equipment Inspection and Pickup

9.1. Upon delivery or pickup, the Lessee is required to inspect the equipment to ensure it meets their satisfaction and is in good working condition.

9.2. If the customer wishes to have someone else sign for or pick up the equipment on their behalf, they must notify Frame One Rentals ahead of time and provide identification for both the customer and the designated person.

9.3. Only the Lessee or the designated person with proper identification may sign the inspection form and take responsibility for the equipment.

Section 10: Age Requirement

10.1. The Lessee must be at least 18 years old to enter into this Agreement.

Section 11: Indemnity

11.1. The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Frame One Rentals, its agents, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to the use or misuse of the rented equipment.

11.2. This indemnification extends to any claims made by third parties.

Section 12: Liability

Frame One Rentals shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from the use, misuse, or operation of the rented equipment.

Section 13: Termination

Frame One Rentals reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and repossess the equipment if the Lessee breaches any terms or conditions outlined herein.

Section 14: Acceptance of Agreement

14.1. By signing this Agreement, checking a designated box, or placing an order, the Lessee acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions contained herein.

14.2. The Lessee's agreement to this Agreement is binding, regardless of whether they have read it in full or have had the opportunity to do so.

Section 15: Stock Availability

15.1. Frame One Rentals will make every effort to fulfill customer orders promptly.

15.2. In the event that an item becomes out of stock or unavailable after a customer's order has been placed, Frame One Rentals will do its best to either fulfill the order or promptly notify the customer of the unavailability of the item.

15.3. Frame One Rentals cannot guarantee the availability of every item at all times and appreciates the customer's understanding in such cases.

Section 16: Ownership and Rental Restrictions

16.1. Ownership: Frame One Rentals is the sole owner of the equipment at all times during the rental period. The Lessee acknowledges that they have no ownership rights or claims to the rented equipment.

16.2. Rental Restrictions: The Lessee shall not sell, lease, sublease, or otherwise transfer the rented equipment to any third party during the rental period. Any such actions are strictly prohibited, and Frame One Rentals reserves the right to pursue charges and legal action for violations of this provision.

Section 17: Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Section 18: Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
